If you do not see a video player, see video but no sound
or bad sound, hear sound but no video...
1. If you are using Internet Explorer, be sure you have the latest Flash Player from here installed.
2. If you are using anything else, get the latest Flash Player plug-in from here.

If the video player is in the wrong place...
1. If you are using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9, go to Internet Options > Advanced > and select 'Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering'. Then, close all of your browser windows, reopen them, and try again.

If the video does not match the sound...
1. Pause the video for at least 2 seconds, then start it back.

If you are trying to view on an Android 2.2 or higher phone...
1. Get the latest Flash Player app from here.

If you are having trouble hearing...
1. Make sure the volume is tuned up on both your computer and the video player.
2. Send a mesage alerting us so that we can adjust it.
